At MD, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and directly to your door.

1. Delivery Address

Your order will be shipped exactly to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that the shipping details you enter are:

• Complete, including building number, floor, and apartment (if applicable)

• Accurate, with the correct area, city, and phone number

📌 MD is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you realize there’s an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us on Instagram ( themdofficiall )  immediately to correct it before the order is dispatched.

2. Courier Arrival & On-the-Spot Inspection

Once the courier arrives at your location:

• The courier will wait up to 10 minutes to allow you to inspect your item(s).

• If you wish to return an item, you must do so during this time only and hand the item back to the courier immediately.

• After the courier leaves your premises, no returns will be accepted (see Return Policy).
