MD Clothing – Return & Exchange Policy (Egypt)

At MD, we care about your satisfaction and want to ensure your shopping experience is clear and reliable. This policy is fully compliant with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

1. Return at Delivery Only

MD offers customers the option to return an item only at the time of delivery, while the courier is still at your premises.

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • If you are not satisfied with the item or if it is incorrect, you must hand it back to the courier immediately.

  • Once the courier leaves, returns will no longer be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy – 14 Days

MD allows exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges are accepted for:

  • A different size or color of the same product (based on availability).

  • A different product of equal or higher value (with payment of the price difference, if applicable).

How to Exchange:

  • Visit any MD retail location, or

  • Contact MD Customer Service to arrange for an exchange via delivery (shipping fees may apply unless the item was received incorrectly).

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange, unless they were received in a defective or incorrect condition:

  • Items showing signs of Use, washing, or damage
